The DayDream Warriors started out as a music duo called Guitar and Keys, featuring Bob Craypoe on Guitar and vocals and Tim Costello on keyboards and vocals. In 2011, they got together with bass guitarist Kevin McNeel to see how things would go. As it turned out, they liked many of the same bands and songs. Bob Craypoe is known by many to be one of the top fingerstyle guitarists in the Northern New Jersey area. Don't believe us? Go to a Warriors' show and see for yourself. Bob also sings and plays mandolin, keyboards and balalaika. Bob released a solo instrumental CD called To Infinity, currently available on Amazon.com. The songs are also available as downloads in mp3 format.

Kevin McNeel has been playing electric bass guitar in a number of bands in the Northern New Jersey area for years. He currently plays acoustic bass as well, with the DayDream warriors. Since Bob will alternate between playing guitar and mandolin, you may notice that Kevin will take a different approach to playing the bass when playing along with a guitar as opposed to when he accompanies a mandolin. This makes for a great variety of technique.

Tim Costello has since departed from the Daydream Warriors and has moved on to other projects. The remaining members will always wish him well in whatever endeavors he chooses to take on. However, Tim still makes guest appearances from time to time at various shows and many of the recordings on this site still feature him on keyboards and harmony vocals.

The DayDream Warriors pride themselves on being able to play a wide variety of songs of different styles and genres. We believe them to be one of the more unique musical acts in the area.
